Alliance Airshow final details

The Alliance airshow is fast approaching, it’s this Weekend! WX is clear sky’s in the mid to high 70′s! Can it get better than that?

Attached is the revised Volunteer schedule for the booth. alliance airshow booth times (.pdf file) It was discussed and determined that we needed to change it from 3 time slots per day to 2 time slots. This was done mainly for ease of car-pooling as we only get 2 free parking passes each day (otherwise it’s $20 to park).

If you are a volunteer, please review the schedule. If you need to make a revision, now is the time to email me back with your request (or demand).  You will note on the schedule that some people (AJ, Mark A., Joe) have question marks under certain times. The question mark spots are areas where we likely need someone, but it won’t be a problem if it’s not filled.

Also, if you want to volunteer and your not on the schedule you can do one of 2 things.
1) Email me back and tell me when you want to be there so I can mark you down.
2) Just show up whenever and leave whenever.

Car Pooling will happen 2 times each day for the separate crews. Once in the morning the first group will meet at 8am, and then in the afternoon the second group will meet at 12pm. They will then carpool over to Alliance to meet their shift time at 8:30 am and 12:30 pm (respectively).

I “propose” that for the carpooling we meet at Cabela’s across 35 from the airport. It’s not far from Alliance, and doesn’t require those of us that don’t live at Propwash to drive all the way to the airport. But I’m open to suggestions.
