Flying to Oshkosh, Who else?

If you weigh less than 180 pounds, and know how to fly, and want to share expenses at OSH, and feel like camping, I have some ideas how this might work out.  Call me at 940-595-8554

another flight lesson

Just had another flight lesson in a Trike (weight shift) ultralight while I was in Florida.  It is so fun just being up there flying. Was a little windy but gave me some good experience flying in windy conditions. My instructor felt I did really well and liked how my turns were nice and smooth and not too steep.  Just need to get up in the air and improve on my skills. Total time so far is about 9 hours of instructions and feel I could do my solo at anytime once I find the time.

I haven’t started  my trike in about a year. Are there any things I should do to it for being idle for a year? Don’t worry I am just started it and running it, not flying.

Hello All,

If you are interested in some good eatin’ and looking for a place to fly to, check out below.

The EAA Chapter 1246 Annual Fish Fry is on Saturday, Apr 23, 2011. Garry Ackermann will be mixing up tasty breading spices and sparking up the oil to fry up some 1st rate fish. Come on out, rain or shine, and bring your family and friends. As always, our events are open to all. The fish will be ready for serving at 11 am at TKI (Collin County Regional Airport) in the MHOA located on the west/north side of the field behind the fire station. There will be signs set up to show you the way to where all the fun is.
